This splendid place of worship funded by Cracow’s burghers in the XIV-XV centuries today features an exceptional number of priceless works of art. The most valuable of which is St Mary’s Altar and a large 12-metre gothic polyptych created by Wit Stwosz in the XV century and devoted to the life of the Blesed Virgin.
