Discover Dijon, the historic capital of Burgundy
Dijon is very well-known for its mustard, but Burgundy's beautiful capital has much more to offer than just mustard! Here, you can discover the secrets of the Dukes of Burgundy and see the treasures we inherited from their enormous realm. Dijon's unique heritage value is acknowledged by the fact that the city is nestled within one of France's largest protected areas.
Come to Dijon if you want to enjoy culture, gastronomy, and sightseeing while living an authentically French "savoir-vivre" experience. Don't rush; take your time walking around the ancient streets of our historic city centre, visit one of our seven museums or - why not - taste the world-renowned Dijon mustard with a fine meal on one of our guided gastronomic tours. Did you know that Burgundy produces some of the best wines in the world? Taste them for yourself on an excursion through the most famous vineyards in the province.
Make things easy by enjoying the many tourist attractions of Dijon and the wine-growing area of the Côte de Nuits with the "Dijon-Côte de Nuits Pass". The Pass is available for 24, 48 or 72 hours, and gives you privileged access to over 35 sites, monuments and guided tours, as well as free access to public transport and discounts in about 60 shops in the city centre. Zagreb - In the heart of Europe!
Are you coming to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia? Are you coming to the heart of Europe, to one of the most beautiful countries of the Mediterranean? Are you coming here on business or as a tourist, on your own, or in a group? Whatever the case, Zagreb welcomes you and opens its doors to you.
Spring brings out the best of Zagreb and its welcoming atmosphere is all-pervasive. Zagreb's vibe most certainly attracts guests. In the warm sunshine, many of the bars and restaurants move their tables to the terraces, giving this continental city a real Mediterranean ambiance. Zagreb offers a wealth of choice, comfortable hotels and, most importantly, a hearty welcome. Our people and our tourism professionals truly look forward to each of your visits.
With the Zagreb Card you can enjoy and explore even more! Visit our theatres and experience Zagreb's great cultural vibe for less! The Croatian National Theatre opened on October 14, 1895, and since then it has been the home of Croatian theatre. The three artistic ensembles, drama, opera, and ballet, work simultaneously and seamlessly. From the very beginning, the repertoire of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb has been very rich and varied, including the world classics, national traditional, and contemporary works. Although it was founded to serve as a national cultural centre, the Croatian National Theatre has never been inward-looking; rather, it has readily accepted and created diverse cultural links, opening its space to all theatrical cultures and giving guest performances all around the world, including America, Europe, and the Far East. Now approaching 150 years in our city, the Croatian National Theatre has provided a stage to the greatest artists and writers, actors and directors, set and costume designers, world famous opera and ballet principals, conductors, and choreographers.
