Prague: With Prague Card, it’s always a new experience
How to describe a city with architecture and history dating back thousand years; a city intimately linked to the most important people and events of European history; a city so beautiful that it has astonished visitors since the Middle Ages?
Prague is a magical, golden jewel of cobbled streets and a hundred spires, but, most importantly, it is always amazing and original.
Welcome to Prague, the city of everyday wonders!
Visiting Prague warrants much more than the usual three day visit, but there’s an answer to everything: The Prague Card, a four-day tourist pass, will help you to choose wisely, and save time and money while you enjoy your visit to its full potential. The Prague Card is the all-inclusive 4-day pass to Prague's top attractions. For one modest fee, the Prague Card offers you unlimited sightseeing with FREE admission to more than 50 of the city’s finest attractions, as well as special offers and discounts and a 150-page exclusive guidebook to our sights.
You’ll revel in your freedom to visit Prague's attractions, and the flexibilty the card offers: choose from a selection of historic sites, including Prague Castle with Old Royal Palace and Golden Lane and a huge number of museums, art galleries, our copy of Eiffel Tower and Prague’s chateaux and castles. Visit as many as you please, without paying any extra entrance fees!
Wherever you venture to roam in Prague, and especially in the 866 hectares of the Historic Centre of Prague, entered in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992, you will find museums, galleries and monuments that you can visit with your Prague Card.
An example? Stroll along the so-called Royal Tour to see some of Prague’s most renowned monuments. This pleasant walk around the city centre begins in front of the Municipal House, which is undoubtedly the most spectacular and beloved Secessionist building in Prague. On passing through the medieval Powder Gate, continue walking down Celetná Street, with its historic palaces. At the end of the street, the fairy-tale scene that is the Old Town Square spreads out before you, featuring the Old Town Hall and its glorious astronomical clock. Opposite, find the Kinsky Palace with the National Gallery, which contains an excellent, representative collection of Czech art from the Romanesque period right up to today. Your Prague Card gives you free entrance into a serious cultural marathon! Take a few steps, and find the Stone Bell House with its exclusive historical premises and City Gallery exhibitions. A few steps further on, you will find the Czech Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Decorative Arts. Karlova Street leads you on to Charles Bridge, another symbol of Prague, with Bridge Towers on both banks.
To discover a fresh face to Prague, all you need to do is hop on a tram and ride for a few stops. For example, Vyšehrad, the original seat of the Bohemian princes, is legendary. You’ll be astonished by the Casemates (underground passages built by the French Armada in the 18th century). A walk around the Vyšehrad gardens ensures a pleasant afternoon. For an all-day trip, set out for Trója. There, you will find art and architecture in the gorgeous Troja Baroque chateau and exotic plants in the tropical greenhouse of the Botanic Gardens.
The Prague Card gives you completely FREE ENTRY to 50 attractions and discounts to some 10 more. With the Prague Card, the new discoveries won’t stop coming. Each day of your visit will offer you novel experiences!
The Prague Card costs €34 for 4 days and can be purchased in Prague Tourist Information Offices in the historical centre, at Prague Castle, at Old Town Hall, at the airport arrival hall and in many hotels around the city. You can also buy the Prague Card online on www.praguecitycard.com

I amsterdam Card: benefits, ease and freedom!
The I amsterdam Card is the key to your visit to Amsterdam. The card provides free entrance to over 25 museums, a canal cruise and unlimited use of tram, bus and metro transportation. The I amsterdam card also gives you a 25 percent discount in various attractions and restaurants and allows you to park your car with a discount of 50% at the strategically located P + R locations.
Benefits
Ordinarily, visiting one of Amsterdam’s best-known museums costs from about €10, as does a canal cruise. A GVB-day card starts at €7 for 24 hours. Compare that with the I amsterdam Card, which can be purchased for 24, 48 or 72 hours for €38, €48 or €58. Now that really makes financial sense—even for students and the over-65s, who do not routinely receive benefits in most Amsterdam museums.
Easy to use!
With the I amsterdam card you have a ticket to all of Amsterdam’s sights. You won’t have to think about whether you need to withdraw more cash, or worry about whether the next museum you visit will accept your credit card. Nor do you need to fret about how many zones you’ll pass through on your next tram ride, or rummage for the right change. Everything has already been taken care of.
Freedom
You choose when to activate your card and launch 24, 48 or 72 hours of sightseeing in Amsterdam the first time you use it. For example, you can choose to activate your I amsterdam Card in the afternoon so that you will be able to use it again for a portion of the next day.
Nearly all museums in Amsterdam accept the I amsterdam Card without any restrictions at all; you can just stroll in. You can visit as many museums as you want every day, when you want, and in the order of your choice. Because many museums are close to each other, most visitors find that they can see much more than they had expected—and they leave in awe of all that Amsterdam has to offer in terms of art and culture.
Practical City-Guide
The I amsterdam Card comes with a free guide that includes general information and details of opening hours and the accessibility of all participating museums and attractions. It also incorporates a map of the city centre.
